metro ACCESSIBILITY is awesome
great location walking distance nearby metro
the hotel location was GREAT. Restaurants and groceries are within WALKING distance, this is SO cool. A metro station is also nearby, I liked it.
lifts are not step-free for every floor. i had heavy suitcases and had to move them from narrow stairs to lift partially.

i found the staff quite helpful and friendly. the room had a safe. the location provided easy access to a metro link. i appreciated the room being quite clean.
The lift did not provide step-free access to every floor. This made managing heavy suitcases difficult.

mixed experience, some positives, some disappointments
small room street noise
the staff were helpful. they answered my questions clearly.
My room was quite small. I barely had space to move around. the lack of air conditioning was also an issue. i visited during a warm period and the room became uncomfortably hot, even with the fan provided. the noise from the nearby street made it difficult to sleep.
